Hardware engineerResponsibility
1. Electrical hardware scheme design for non-standard automation projects, selection of electrical components;
2. Electrical drawing design;
3. On-site electrical assembly and equipment debugging cooperation;Requirement1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical/electronic/automation;
2. Proficiency in using electrical drawing software, such as Eplan, CAD, etc.;
3. Familiar with the principle and selection of commonly used electrical control components;
4. Strong communication skills, initiative, and strong teamwork spirit; -
Mechanical EngineersResponsibility
1. Design of three-dimensional digital model drawings of mechanical parts (Solidworks software)
2. Installation drawing design of equipment department
3. Design of parts processing drawings
Requirement1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, automation and other related majors
2. Familiar with mechanical design and fixture design
3. Familiar with Solid Works, UG and other 3D design software is preferred
4. Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented
5. Good communication skills and team spirit
6. Good oral and written English skills

Project EngineerResponsibility
1. Participate in the review meeting of the project, record and track the progress of OPL;
2. Follow up the progress of issuing drawings and purchasing orders during the project design process;
3. Follow up the completion progress of machined parts during project processing;
4. Follow up the arrival status of purchased parts during the project procurement process;
5. Follow up the coordination and handling of whiteboard problems during project assembly/debugging;
6. Project management for stand-alone equipment or B-type orders;
7. Other tasks assigned by the project manager/department manager.
Requirement1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, automation and other related majors
2. Participated in non-standard automation equipment related projects
3. Strong interest in project management
4. Good communication, coordination, meeting organization skills, as well as emergency handling and on-site emergency capabilities

Project managerResponsibility
1. Organize the project kick-off meeting, and output the project team personnel arrangement and time schedule;
2. Output the project budget table according to the quotation;
3. Organize and coordinate project internal and customer review meetings, record and follow up OPL;
4. Establish a long-term outsourced part tracking table, identify risks and advance the arrival plan according to the arrival situation fed back by the purchasing department;
5. Track the progress of the machine/hardware diagram below and the order of purchased parts, and report to the technical manager/department manager in time if there is any problem;
6. Organize assembly pre-launch meeting, coordinate parts/purchased parts arrival plan, engineering department manpower and assembly plan;
7. Organize on-site morning/evening meetings, discuss project progress with technical managers, assembly leaders, etc., and coordinate and deal with core issues;
8. Regularly track on-site progress, supervise on-site whiteboard issues, and coordinate resources to deal with off-schedule issues;
9. Regularly report the progress of the project with the client and understand the change information of the client;
10. Organize and coordinate customer pre-acceptance/final acceptance, record and follow up OPL;
11. Arrangement of delivery of the project, application for certificate of conformity, delivery note, departure order, delivery vehicle, etc.;
12. Retrieve the final acceptance form and receipt number;

Process EngineerResponsibility
1. Responsible for the preparation of parts processing technology card;
2. Responsible for the estimation and cost accounting of parts processing hours;
3. Responsible for the quotation of material prices and spare parts;
4. Responsible for process improvement including rationality, economy, efficiency improvement, etc.;
5. Responsible for solving various technical problems in the production and processing of parts;
6. Responsible for collecting and feeding back drawing design issues, connecting and discussing with the design department, and putting forward suggestions for improvement;
7. Responsible for the research experiment and introduction of new materials, new technologies and new processes;
8. Responsible for the establishment and control of standardized process documents and timely filing.
9. Responsible for the preparation of machining process and fixture design;
10. Responsible for the optimization of CNC machine tool programs and the establishment of standard libraries.
Requirement1. Education: college degree or above;
2. Major: mechanical design and other related majors;
3. Proficiency in CAD, Solidworks, and other drawing software, office software, UG programming software;
4. Good communication skills, sense of responsibility, able to bear hardships and stand hard work.
5. Familiar with operating machining equipment.
